This prayer is the most important prayer you can ever say. If you believe in your heart that God sent His son Jesus to die for our sins and that He was raised from the dead on the third day... then you are saved! Saying this prayer just gives words to your faith. It is by no means the exact prayer that has to be said, there is no prayer like that, so use this as a guidline.
Dear God,
I acknowledge to you that I am a sinner and I need your help.
I am sorry for all the wrongs that I have committed.
Forgive me of my sins and make me whole.
Thank you for sending your only Son to die that I may be forgiven. Please come into my life and make me new
Fill me with your Holy Spirit that I may be born again.
Thank you for your great mercy
